I had a wonderful stay at a charming and peaceful country house bed and breakfast. The location was idyllic, surrounded by beautiful gardens and rolling hills. The refurbished bedrooms were modern and clean, with fluffy bath towels that added a touch of luxury. The highlight of my stay was the delicious dinner I had at the hotel's restaurant. The food exceeded my expectations, and I particularly enjoyed the pate as a starter and the chicken with parmesan and sunblushed tomatoes as the main course. The staff, including the owner, were friendly and sociable, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel offered excellent value for money and provided the perfect setting for a quiet and relaxing break in the countryside.

Although my room was a bit cramped and the decor could use some improvement, it did not significantly affect my overall experience. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for its picturesque location, friendly staff, and delicious dining options.

The cozy atmosphere in the bar with live music was fantastic and the open fire added to the charm. the food and drinks were reasonably priced and the steak pie was absolutely delicious. the staff was friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. the location was lovely, with plenty of beautiful areas to explore nearby.

The room we stayed in was a bit cramped for a family of four with a dog, lacking armchairs or a sofa. the cleanliness of the room was not up to par, with bits of food on the carpet and flooring missing in the bathroom.

The gardens surrounding the property were stunning and provided a lovely place to enjoy the sunshine. Breakfast in the conservatory was excellent, with plenty of choice.

the decor and furnishings were classically lovely, and our host was incredibly kind and accommodating. She even made sure we were fed at a nearby hotel on the first night. the house was easy to find, with convenient parking. the breakfast served in the lovely conservatory was delicious and efficiently prepared. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. it was a fantastic spot for exploring the area, and I highly recommend Torrs Warren Country House Bed & Breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at a country house B&B. The staff, especially Ann, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was exceptional, with a choice of options. The view from the bay windows was stunning. Watching the alpacas was a fascinating experience. I highly recommend staying here if you have a car, as the location is not too far from a village. I was very happy with my stay.

The database decoration/style was amazing, creating a lovely and cosy atmosphere. The staff was wonderful, accommodating my late check-in due to a delayed ferry. The room at the top of the house was spacious, clean, and perfect for a solo traveller like myself. The larger bedroom had a comfortable double bed and plenty of space for a travel cot, while the smaller bedroom had two single beds. The breakfast was delicious and the portion size was just right. The surrounding grounds were well-maintained and added to the overall charm of the place.

I felt truly spoilt during my stay at Torrs Warren Country House Bed & Breakfast. No complaints whatsoever.

Couldn't fault

our recent stay in stoneykirk was amazing, but this time at torrs warren b&b was even better! the renovated bedrooms were perfect, and the dining room with bookshelves on every wall was a book lover's dream. the friendly staff made us feel so welcome, and the breakfast menu had so many options. the peaceful garden view was the cherry on top!
