Our family had an exceptional stay in this charming hotel nestled in the great area of the Dolomites. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs and the complementary room upgrade for my birthday was a delightful surprise. The breakfast spread was amazing, offering a variety of delicious dishes. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily explore the nearby town and take advantage of the beautiful pathways. We also enjoyed renting the electric bikes for a magical mountain tour.

We found the phone system in the room to be confusing and had difficulty ordering food through room service.

The location of the hotel was excellent, making it very easy to get around. the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices and high-quality food. we appreciated the attentive and professional staff who made our stay more comfortable.

We experienced some difficulties with the phone system in our room and were unable to use it when we needed to order food. it would have been better if the spa had opened earlier in the day to help us unwind before our work commitments, as the limited hours made it difficult to fit into our busy schedules.
