Montecarlo was the perfect choice for our stay in Milan. We had a cozy room with a lovely view of the garden. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially George who went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city, with the metro station just a short walk away. We loved our weekend trip and would definitely return.

There were some instances where the staff could have been friendlier and provided more information without us having to ask.

This hotel in Milan exceeded my expectations in several aspects. the location is perfect, being close to a metro station and only a short distance from the city center. Secondly, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Additionally, the rooms were equipped with everything we needed, including a balcony and cleaning products. Lastly, the breakfast provided a great variety, including fresh vegetables.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! It was very close to the metro, making it easy to get around. There were also several markets nearby, which was convenient. The room itself was clean, and the staff were friendly. They were able to provide me with a small fridge, which was helpful for storing drinks.

The elevator was incredibly slow, I often ended up taking the stairs. the air conditioning was difficult to control and had to be managed by the staff.

We had a wonderful stay at Montecarlo. The staff is extremely courteous and attends to any requirements immediately. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Daily house cleaning service is very good. The hotel is very close to the station, 5 minutes walking distance. At 2 minutes walking distance there is a super market. The location is good, with easy access to the metro and plenty of shops and cafes nearby. The hotel itself is cozy, warm, and clean. The rooms are refurbished and comfortable. The service is excellent, with helpful staff who speak Italian and English. a great 3-star hotel in a pleasant area.
