We had a fantastic stay at this hotel motel. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The parking right in front of the room made it extremely convenient for us to unload and load our car. Additionally, the hotel's location, close to the Serravalle Designer Outlet, was a huge advantage for us as shoppers. We also enjoyed the breakfast, especially the delicious coffee.

We found the location of this hotel/motel to be advantageous, especially for those traveling by car. Despite its unattractive exterior, the rooms were surprisingly spacious and had a convenient American-style parking right next to the room doors. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast, while not extravagant, offered a decent variety including options like cheese and ham, catering to different preferences. We particularly appreciated the option to order a hot drink instead of using a machine.

Some rooms in the back yard were less appealing, especially the ones near the noisy compressor. these rooms tended to have a strong smoke smell and outdated bathrooms with technical failures.

Spent Xmas at a simple American-style motel. We liked the key location facts, convenient for those traveling by car. The rooms were surprisingly soundproof and had a typical American-style parking space in front of the room doors. Breakfast was ok, with some cheese and ham offered. An advantage was being able to order a hot coffee, not a machine-made one.

There were some worst aspects. The rooms facing the backyard were not very attractive, especially those near the compressor, which was very noisy.
