Had a thanksgiving stay in a hotel in Milan and was pleased with the complimentary wine and chocolates. The location was perfect too, close to shopping and restaurants. I also loved the espresso machine in the room.

But my excitement declined when I noticed the bathroom was too cramped. The shower lacked a detachable head and the use of disposable plastic cups wrapped in plastic foil was not eco-friendly.

We absolutely loved staying here, especially because it is located in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed mixing with the locals and exploring the suburbs. It is conveniently located near a metro station, which made traveling to the Duomo cathedral a breeze. The service, from room cleaning to car hire, was top-notch. We loved the variety of room amenities like the in-room safe, mini-bar, and air conditioning. We also appreciated the soundproofed rooms because it helped us get a good night's sleep.

We recommend this place to all family and friends because there is nothing to complain about. However, we noticed that some staff members could use some training in customer service as they tended to be dismissive and uninterested in helping.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel near Park Sempione. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro station and other public transport. We loved being able to enjoy the nearby kids park while sipping on coffee and indulging in delicious ice cream. And let's not forget about the amazing pizza just a short walk away - a must-try! The hotel had everything we needed and provided us with an authentic experience of living in Milan like locals. I would highly recommend this hotel.
