We love how conveniently located the hotel is across the road from the tube station, making it easy to reach major tourist attractions. The family-friendly rooms come equipped with spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds, ensuring everyone can relax after a day of exploring. The close proximity to San Siro is also a huge plus for sports fans.

The breakfast options were limited and could use improvement.

where do I even start? the room was so hot, I felt like I was in a sauna despite the so-called air conditioning. breakfast? hardly any food out, and heaven forbid you asked for more coffee. as a returning guest, I expected a complimentary upgrade, but I guess that’s too much to ask here.

Shower drainage issues made for a frustrating experience.

The staff at Hotel Mozart were wonderful, always eager to help. I woke up to an impressive breakfast spread that included everything from pastries to fresh fruit. Also, the location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station and some fantastic local eateries.

However, the room I stayed in felt a bit dated and had some noise from pipes at night. The air conditioning was a bit unreliable, which made the warm nights less comfortable than I’d hoped.

where do I even begin? I almost woudl ve given a good review, but seriously—dark rooms and only one power point? absoluteley not! the so-called 4-star service didn’t extend any complimentary breakfasts for the hot water issues, not to mention the banging renovation at the crack of dawn. just a terribly underwhelming stay, really.

Elevators are painfully small and not reliable!!! The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool!!! Also, the odd odors in the rooms were quite off-putting!!! More attention to cleaning would go a long way!!!

The location is fantastic, just 30 seconds from the metro and near charming eateries. The air conditioning worked well, and the room was clean with daily towel changes. Breakfast was fresh but limited in choices. Staff were friendly and fluent in English, making our stay even better.

Had a swell time here! Location's perfect, really close to the metro and some awesome restaurants. The reception staff were super helpful and even printed our boarding passes for us. A bummer, though. the sound insulation wasn't great, so some noise at night. The bar/lounge area was nice for a late-night drink, though!

the room was a bit cramped and could use more power outlets,, but the location is perfect for families with playground nearby. the metro is just a quick walk away,, and the wi-fi worked great throughout my stay.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a bar lounge, and 24-hour reception. On my first visit, the staff provided great info about the area. I’ll definitely return for my next holiday!
