The property is spacious, with a private outdoor pool and a homy feel. The cleaning staff are excellent and the staff in general are responsive and helpful. Emman, in particular, provides a personalized touch of hospitality, making our stay even more enjoyable. The Shisha lounge in the evening was a highlight, with Mr Ahmed and his colleague providing exceptional service. The Spa offers a nice experience, with flexible therapists.

Drawbacks: I do wish the pool was less crowded and that the hotel had stricter rules for the behavior of some guests.

The pool villa was fantastic! We loved having our own private pool and the villa was spacious and clean. We had an issue with a leaking AC, but the maintenance team fixed it promptly. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. we had a great time at Melia Desert Palm and would recommend it.

I absolutely loved the serene and peaceful ambience of Melia Desert Palm. The lush green gardens and well-maintained grounds created a very relaxing and friendly atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was watching the exciting polo match, and being able to appreciate the beautiful horses. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant, offering a late check-out, free airport transfer, and even complimentary goodies to cheer me up. The hotel itself is stylish and the rooms are incredibly comfortable.

During our stay, we enjoyed the hotel's location in the desert, in front of the green field of polo. The hotel was about a 30-minute taxi drive to the centre of the city. The room was cozy, and the bathroom was well-maintained. We appreciated the courteous service provided by the staff. The breakfast was delicious, and the view of the green surroundings was serene.

The quality of some of the food served in the hotel was not up to par.

Rooms are extremely comfortable and stylishly decorated. The staff is hospitable and efficient, providing complimentary transfers and late check-out. The hotel premises feature beautiful gardens and lush greenery, perfect for relaxation. The fine dining restaurant offers delicious meals at a great value. Watching polo matches is a unique added bonus.

The luxury amenities at this hotel are beyond compare. the spacious rooms are equipped with state, of, the, art technology and comfortable furnishings. the spa and wellness center offer a variety of treatments and the sauna is the perfect place to unwind after a long day. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi are both inviting and offer stunning views of the nearby gardens. the sun terrace is perfect for lounging and the BBQ facilities are a welcome addition for those who enjoy outdoor dining.

While the Ala Carte menu offered delicious options, the service was a bit slow and understaffed.

The hotel's breakfast was delicious, and what made it better was the fact that it was complimentary. the swimming pool was also nice, deep, and perfect for exercise. the hotel's staff was helpful and quick to respond to our needs.

The room had mosquitoes, and their buzzing sounds kept us up at night. We had to ask someone to come and spray the room.
