We loved the location of Nella! It was just a short walk from the train station and everything we wanted to see in the city. The room was clean, modern, and had great lighting for reading. The added amenities like umbrellas and coffee in the hallway were thoughtful touches. Despite some street noise, our stay was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic experience at Nella! the reception lady, who we assume is the owner, was incredibly nice and friendly. She even let us print our boarding passes, which was a nice bonus. the location of the hotel is excellent, as it is only a 5-minute walk to both the cathedral and the train station. We were also pleased to find a mini fridge and a coffee machine in the corridor, making our stay even more convenient. the staff provided excellent hospitality, and the room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary water and coffee, adding to our overall positive experience.

First of all, the location of this hotel is simply unbeatable. Situated in the heart of the city, it is within walking distance from all the major sites and attractions in Florence. Whether you want to explore the beautiful streets or visit famous landmarks such as Mercato Centrale, everything is just a stone's throw away. You won't need to spend time or money on transportation, which is a big advantage.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was fantastic. We couldn't find any major issues or areas for improvement during our stay.

Had a great New Year experience here! Loved the cozy and clean room, with lovely decor that made it feel like home. Staff were really friendly and always went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. the location was super convenient, with shops and food outlets close by, and easy access to public transport. Plus, the complementary cookies and coffee made our stay extra special!

The stairs were a bit of a pain with our luggage, but the cozy room made up for it. the WiFi was a bit slow at times, but it’s free so can’t really complain too much.

I recently stayed at a hotel just outside the main tourist area in Florence. The location was incredibly convenient, just a 2-3 minute walk to all the popular attractions. The room at Nella Hotel was spotless and the shower was excellent. They even offered complimentary coffee, which was a nice bonus. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and the train station was only a 5-minute walk away. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with great local recommendations and a warm welcome. The modern and clean rooms made for a comfortable stay, which is exactly what I look for in accommodations when visiting cities like Florence.

Fantastic location, so close to the city center. The hotel is very clean, with bright and modern rooms. Beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was helpful in giving us advice about transportation options and the bus to the airport.
