The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of the historical city center. All major sights and attractions were within walking distance, making it very convenient. the room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, giving off a brand new feel. the modern shower cabin with fancy RGB lights was a pleasant surprise.

Climbing the stairs to get to the elevator was a bit of a hassle, especially with heavy bags. However, this seems to be common in this part of the world, so it's not a major issue.

the hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance of the main shopping street, the port, and other attractions. The staff were helpful, despite the language barrier. The room was always clean and the daily towel and bedding changes were a nice touch.

Convenient location, air-con, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Close to main sights, port, and metro. Clean and safe neighborhood with nice restaurants. Night staff were accommodating, and the balcony on the 5th floor was relaxing.

great stay in naples. nettuno surpassed my expectations. charming decor, clean rooms, and friendly staff made my experience memorable. the breathtaking view of naples from the top floor was an added bonus.

our stay at nettuno was even better than our previous visit to naples. the new rooms, excellent location near the metro, and close proximity to restaurants and attractions really impressed us. the friendly staff made the experience even more enjoyable.
