I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel up on a hill. The location was absolutely perfect, offering breathtaking views. The staff provided exemplary service from the moment I arrived. The warm welcome I received from the manager and her team made me feel special. They even upgraded my room for free to make my wedding anniversary extra special. The pool area was absolutely amazing, offering five thermal pools to relax and unwind. I also indulged in the best massage ever from Alexandra and Maria. The whole experience was truly unforgettable.

The service is somewhat lacking. The staff is not very welcoming, and communication can be a challenge due to the lack of English proficiency. Furthermore, the shuttle service to town is inconvenient as it is scheduled to run at predetermined times and must be reserved in advance.
