During my recent stay at Hotel Parco Smeraldo Terme, I had a truly amazing experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained and the spa facilities are top-notch. I especially loved the warm mineral water pools, which were incredibly relaxing. The staff at the hotel were extremely kind and attentive, making sure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of variety to choose from. The location of the hotel on Maronti beach was also a major plus, as I could easily enjoy the stunning views from my room's balcony. We had a fantastic romantic escape at this hotel. the private beach was simply stunning and a great spot for swimming and sunbathing. the pool area was also a highlight with plenty of sun loungers available and excellent facilities. the food was delicious with a range of fresh produce on offer. We particularly enjoyed the Italian-style breakfasts. the hotel's location was perfect for us with lots of local restaurants and bars to choose from.

The room was quite small and we felt that some parts of the hotel were looking a bit tired. Although the staff were friendly and welcoming, we did notice that they were not always consistent in their service.
