Centrally located, clean rooms with beautiful terrace view, on-site parking available. Friendly and helpful staff, except for receptionist. Spacious rooms with good amenities, though no coffee maker. Superior suite may or may not have fireplace. Excellent, non-included breakfast. Spectacular views, nice waiters, and abysmal reception service. Great value on bottle service, lovely outdoor spaces. Instagramable hotel, highly recommended for a night in the area. Nicely done wine bar with excellent selection.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was excellent, with a range of massages that left us feeling relaxed. the outdoor swimming pool was the icing on the cake, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas that allowed us to soak up the sun. the room advantages were impressive, with a private facilities that made us feel like royalty.

The live entertainment that played all day long in the main area. While we appreciated the effort, we preferred to enjoy the peaceful garden area and sun terrace in quiet.

The hotel is located in downtown, close to everything, and you can easily explore the area on foot. Plus, it's just a short distance to a few wineries where you can enjoy some local wine. The rooms are spacious with good amenities, and the bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, except for one receptionist. The breakfast is excellent, especially the chilaquiles. The terrace offers a beautiful view of La Peña, and the parking facility is convenient.

The service at the wine bar lacks options and quality.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. the on-site parking was a plus, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

The staff was not helpful or welcoming. We had to ask several times about the check-in time, and they never followed up with us as promised.
