We had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, as it was very close to the train station, making it convenient for us to explore the area. The hotel had a tourist area nearby, allowing us to easily access all the commodities in this little Tuscan town with its spectacular old historic centre. The staff at this venue were exceptional, providing us with great service from the moment we checked in. We were even offered a welcome drink upon arrival! Additionally, the room service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Spent a wonderful Christmas at this hotel. Loved the modern and updated feel of the property with the beautiful rooftop pool that offered stunning views. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. The staff was extremely friendly, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, near a train station and providing ample parking for our car. we definitely got value for our money!

The only negative aspect we encountered was that the pool was a bit smaller than we anticipated, but this did not deter us from having fun with the kids. the hotel was not in a tourist area, but we managed to find good restaurants nearby.
