We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with newly renovated rooms that felt fresh and modern. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace. The location was perfect, as we were within walking distance of most tourist attractions such as the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provide any assistance we needed.

The location was perfect, right in the center close to everything. We could easily walk to all the main historical sites. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and offering great recommendations for dinner. Having access to the rooftop garden was a lovely addition, where we could relax with a glass of wine at the end of a busy day.

The signage for the hotel was poor, which made it a bit challenging to find. Also, the lift only goes up to the 4th level, so we had to lug our heavy suitcases from there to the entrance of the hotel reception.

The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, the most comfortable bed we had during our entire trip in Italy. the rooms were also very clean and well-maintained, with surprising modern furnishings. We were pleasantly surprised to find clean towels provided daily. Additionally, the hotel's location was fantastic, being situated close to key shopping areas and attractions.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. the signage of the hotel was poor, making it difficult to locate the entrance from the lift landing.
