We stayed at a hotel in Firenze for 2 days and it was a great experience. The location was very convenient, close to the train station and piazza S. Marco. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a personal bathroom. The staff were friendly and the 24-hour reception was a plus. The breakfast had enough options and the croissants were fresh and delicious. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with fresh towels and bed linen provided daily. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide selection of pastries, cereals, meats, cheeses, fruits.

Our one-night stay at Hotel St. James was pleasant and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, upgrading us to a spacious and comfortable room after a minor water leak. The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station and city center, with plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we appreciated the option to store our luggage after check-out. The windows also did a great job of blocking out any city noise.

We had a wonderful stay at St James. the bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spacious, and the daily cleaning service was excellent. the location of the hotel was great as well, just a short walk away from all the beautiful sights in Florence. We particularly enjoyed our room overlooking the quiet courtyard with trees. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they even provided us with the remote control for the air conditioning, which was necessary to keep the mosquitoes at bay during spring/summer nights.
