The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was right in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from all the major attractions. Being able to walk to the Piazza della Signoria, the Ponte Vecchio, and the Uffizi Gallery in just a few minutes was incredibly convenient. the staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and were always willing to assist with any requests we had.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay at this hotel. the noise level was quite high, especially at night.

The staff, especially Ines and Lupa, were exceptionally kind and helpful. Self check-in was a breeze, and the small room had all the necessary amenities. The building had an elevator, and I appreciated being able to leave my luggage after check out. a cozy and well-lit atmosphere with friendly staff.

The staff at the reception were nice, easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond to help us. The room, although not spacious, was well distributed and had enough space for everything. The hotel was centrally located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the main attractions.
