The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was right in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from all the major attractions. Being able to walk to the Piazza della Signoria, the Ponte Vecchio, and the Uffizi Gallery in just a few minutes was incredibly convenient. the staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and were always willing to assist with any requests we had.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay at this hotel. the noise level was quite high, especially at night.

Excellent location! Close to major attractions and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Room had a private, newly renovated bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff. Stunning view of Palazzo Vecchio from the room.

This budget hotel is located right off the main square, in the center of the historic district. The spacious and comfortable rooms offer a great value option, especially considering the superb location. The staff is incredibly attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The air conditioning can be a bit noisy and inefficient.

I stayed at Hotel Por Santa Maria for the Florence Mediterranean mayors conference. The location was excellent, right in the middle of all the action. The staff, especially Ines and Lupa, were exceptionally kind and helpful. Self check-in was a breeze, and the small room had all the necessary amenities. The building had an elevator, and I appreciated being able to leave my luggage after check out. a cozy and well-lit atmosphere with friendly staff.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We had no problems getting to the hotel from the train station, and the location was excellent for our needs. The staff at the reception were nice, easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond to help us. The room, although not spacious, was well distributed and had enough space for everything. The hotel was centrally located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the main attractions.

Not one thing.

Unbeatable location, excellent service, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, good shower.

Could not be improved in any way.
