The room amenities were excellent, including heating, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The rooms were also soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV and parquet flooring added a touch of elegance to the room.

During my recent stay at Hotel Prestige, we experienced exceptional service from a member of the staff. We arrived late and the bar/restaurant was about to close, but the Chef/bar staff lady, Roberta, went out of her way to serve us drinks and provide complimentary snacks. It really made us feel welcome and taken care of. Additionally, upon check-out, the reception staff was extremely helpful in arranging a taxi for us. Unfortunately, the taxi got into an accident in heavy traffic, but one of the staff members graciously offered to give us a lift to our business appointment. It's rare to find such amazing service and generosity.
