Sue and staff, friendly and accommodating. Immaculate hotel. Brilliant breakfast. Great location, easy access to trams.

The hotel is conveniently located near the promenade and directly opposite a tram stop, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions such as Blackpool tower and enjoy the coastal views. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice towels and comfortable beds. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, with a great selection of self-serve options. The staff is welcoming and helpful, providing a warm reception upon arrival.

Parking may be a bit limited at the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel near the beach. It was conveniently located right across from a tram stop, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering us complimentary tea or coffee upon arrival. The breakfast was delicious and well-organized, with a good variety of options. The view of the beach from our room was stunning, adding to the overall experience.

The upper levels of the hotel were a bit too hot for our liking.

Great value for money with comfortable and clean rooms. The location was excellent, right opposite the tram stop and close to a pedestrian crossing. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even offering us coffee upon arrival.

More breakfast choices would have made the experience even better.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! Everything was impeccable, from the warm and friendly staff to the spotlessly clean room and en-suite. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. I loved the bonus of having a sea view with a seating area in the bay window, it was the perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning scenery. The hotel's location, right on the seafront and with a tram stop directly opposite, was incredibly convenient. The trams run frequently, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel also offers great amenities, including free Wi-Fi and a delicious cooked breakfast to start the day off right. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I recently stayed at the lovely Brincliffe hotel for a weekend getaway. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel at home with a warm welcome and a refreshing pot of tea. The location was perfect, with a peaceful atmosphere and stunning views. The hotel was impeccably clean and the breakfast selection was fantastic, with plenty of choices to satisfy every appetite. The modern interior and comfortable beds made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay at Brincliffe again.

We had a great city trip and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. the breakfast was lovely and offered a great choice of tasty food. the staff was friendly and welcoming which made us feel at home. the location of the hotel was also perfect for exploring the city as it was close to the main attractions. We also loved the fact that the hotel was very clean and well-maintained.

Although we had a comfortable stay, we did notice that the shower was not up to our expectations. We had to spend extra time trying to adjust the water flow as it was not consistent.

Great stay, especially for New Year! the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We had a spacious family room with comfortable beds. the breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. the location was perfect - close enough to the attractions but in a quieter area. the tram stop right outside the hotel made it convenient to explore the city.

There were a few minor issues. the shower had low water pressure and the waterproof cover on the bed was noisy.
