I had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel. The apartment room with a balcony was brilliant, especially with my young baby. It gave us a separate space for her to sleep during the day and also allowed us to prepare and store food easily. The hotel's close proximity to family-friendly restaurants was a huge plus. the children's play area with toys and books was an unexpected bonus and kept my little one entertained.

While I enjoyed my stay overall, there were a few downsides. the check-out time of 11:00 am was a bit early for my liking.

Spacious suite with balcony, 2 TVs, and kitchenette. Daily linen change. Great breakfast with cappuccino and omelettes to order. Helpful and professional staff. Beautiful location in Viareggio with a peaceful cycling park nearby and access to a free public beach.

We absolutely loved this place! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach and shopping. The beds were comfortable and perfect for both us and the kids. The hotel looked after the property with all the small details, making it clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was nice and the dinner in the stylish restaurant was a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and the dedicated kids corner and play area kept our little ones entertained.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, right on the seafront, was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the convenience of being just a few steps away from the beach, which was clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and professional, ensuring that all our needs were met. The spacious 2-room suite with a balcony provided us with the utmost comfort and the kitchenette was a great addition. We were also impressed with the daily linen change and the delicious breakfast with made-to-order omelettes. The hotel also had a fantastic activity room for kids, filled with toys and books, which was a big bonus for families traveling with children.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the beach. Guests can easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful views. Additionally, there are numerous upmarket restaurants in close proximity, providing a variety of dining options.

There is no swimming pool available at the hotel. Guests who are hoping for a poolside experience will be disappointed.

As longer term business travellers, we appreciated the helpful and courteous staff who went out of their way to assist us. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast had a great choice and the air conditioning was a relief during the hot month of June. Bike rental with in-house maintenance was a convenient option. The proximity to the sea was another plus point.

Had an amazing Easter holiday in a beautiful hotel. the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. the location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions like Lucca, Pisa and Pietrasante. Loved the fact that the beach was quiet and not crowded in April.

The breakfast wasn't satisfying enough, the hot food was not kept hot and there wasn't much variety. the noise from the nearby bars affected our sleep.
