This hotel is a hidden gem just outside the historical center. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with lovely views and a jacuzzi bath. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread is amazing, with a variety of cakes and pastries to choose from.

After a long day of travel, arriving at San Gregorio was a relief. the convenient parking and warm welcome made us feel right at home. Being within walking distance of the charming town of Pienza and having easy access to the garage for further travels was a great advantage. the hotel's location, just 100 yards from the city center, allowed us to explore the area easily. Our room had a spacious shower and bathroom, and the helpful staff, Nicola at the desk and Mario in the dining room, made our stay even more enjoyable. San Gregorio provided us with comfort, convenience, and a memorable experience in beautiful Pienza.

I was amazed by the size of the rooms at Hotel San Gregorio! Each room was incredibly spacious, with a bathroom that was even bigger. The jacuzzi bathtub was a luxurious treat after a long day of exploring. Despite the cold weather, I didn't mind as I prefer sleeping in a cool room. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious cakes. Eating outside was a pleasant experience. The hotel also provided laundry service, which was a lifesaver for our mud-covered clothes. I highly recommend this charming and delightful hotel.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the center of town and with underground parking available. the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome during our Xmas stay. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast buffet on the open terrace and the fact that gluten-free options were available. the room was very comfortable and clean in a traditional Italian style.

The hotel is located right in the "center of Town," making it extremely convenient for exploring Pienza. Guests can easily walk to the historical center, enjoy dinners at nearby restaurants, and even take leisurely walks along the old city walls and into the countryside. The hotel also offers free underground parking, which is a great advantage for those who have a car. Furthermore, the rooms are spacious and nicely appointed, providing guests with plenty of comfort during their stay. Additionally, the staff is friendly, well-informed, and helpful in English.

Some noise from the hallway can be heard in the rooms when the air conditioning is off, which can be bothersome for light sleepers.

I had a fantastic stay at a wonderfully located hotel just outside the central storico of the lovely small town. the staff at San Gregorio was incredibly helpful, assisting me with access to the hotel car park. the room provided was very comfortable and the staff even provided me with an iron upon request. I enjoyed the included breakfast, which offered typical Italian fare and delicious coffee.
