We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved having a balcony to relax on. The restaurant had delicious food, especially the pizza. The pool area was clean and not overcrowded. The added bonus of complimentary pool towels and bike rentals was a nice touch. The location was convenient with a nearby bus stop that took us straight to Verona. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a great find for a relaxing holiday. The location is perfect, with Lake Garda just across the street and Sirmione within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable with balconies offering amazing views. I loved having an under the counter fridge in the room, perfect for cooling drinks on hot summer days. The breakfast buffet includes delicious hot chocolate and fresh coffee.

We had a great stay at Riel, with two separate rooms in the family room, making it ideal for us. the breakfast was wonderful, and we were impressed with the top-notch food at the hotel's restaurant. the parking space was large enough for a good number of cars, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top notch.
