I stayed at Hotel Paradise for a week during a business trip and was impressed by the friendly and helpful owner family. The breakfast offered a wide selection of local products and the restaurant had unbeatable prices and delicious food. The hotel's ambiance, with beautiful views of Mount Etna, was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine by the pool. The staff even provided translation services for us, going above and beyond what was expected.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxury hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide range of delicious local products. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a stunning swimming pool with a magnificent view of the nearby mountain. The ambiance inside and outside the hotel was lovely, and we especially enjoyed sitting in the sun by the pool with a glass of wine. The attention to detail and the level of service provided here truly enhanced our comfort and quality of stay.

Despite the challenges of reaching the hotel, once we arrived, we were immediately taken by the beautiful scenery surrounding the property. The pool area was a great place to relax and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere. Our room had a balcony with a view of Etna, providing a breathtaking backdrop. The attentive and helpful staff went above and beyond, even going to the post office for us. The comfortable rooms and well-presented food in the restaurant added to the overall enjoyable experience.

The hotel's location near the volcano made it difficult to arrive from the airport and limited our options to find a restaurant elsewhere.

Our Sicilian-style room was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony. The bathroom had plenty of amenities. What a wonderful weekend! the view was stunning, we could see the mount from the room. the staff was always willing to help and they did a great job. the breakfast was delicious and there were many options to choose from. We really enjoyed the pool area, very relaxing and peaceful.

The location. It was quite isolated, so we needed transportation to move around.

It is very close to the volcano, allowing easy access to this natural wonder. it is conveniently located near the post office, making it convenient for any postal needs. it is also near the airport, which is a great advantage for travelers. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and the staff provides excellent service. The breakfast offered is delicious and satisfying. The hotel also has a spacious pool area with a bar service, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

One downside is that the restaurant can be a bit expensive for the quality of certain dishes, particularly the frozen fish.
