The hotel had clean and tidy rooms with friendly staff. The breakfast provided was nice and offered a good variety of options. the hotel's location near the bus and train stations made it convenient for transportation.

The check-out process was a bit rushed, as we were not given an extra 20 minutes to get sorted before leaving. It would have been better if the hotel had been more understanding of our need for a little extra time.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean rooms at Serena. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The top floor restaurant offered breathtaking views and delicious food at a reasonable price. we highly recommend this hotel.

During our Christmas stay, the hotel enjoyed beautiful views and a fantastic breakfast spread with both hot and cold options. The location, near the train station, made it easy to explore the area. Unfortunately, the staff was quite cold and unwelcoming upon our arrival, and the room was not well maintained. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was not sufficiently cleaned. the hotel is not worth the price paid.

I recently visited a well-regarded hotel in Rieti and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The location on the roof allowed for breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The spacious rooms were equipped with satellite TV, phone, and a large wardrobe, providing ample space for all my belongings. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, complete with a shower, sink, towels, and even a hairdryer. The staff members were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The inclusive breakfast was a great start to the day, with delicious and affordable food options. it was a great value for the price.

Despite the overall positive experience, there were occasional noise disturbances from the nearby restaurant.
