We explored Sultanahmet and the Covered Bazaar—both were fantastic. The hotel was clean, and the staff was super helpful. The tram station is close, which made getting around easy. Breakfast was great too! I recommend trying out the lentil soup at their restaurant.

However, I had an issue with the room setup. We needed a room with three beds, yet there was only one at first, and the follow-up was not great either.

the rooms are surprisingly small and cramped, which is quite disappointing for a so-called 5-star hotel. not to mention the swimming pool, which is tiny and had a horrendous bleach smell. i expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but nope, just the same old lack of hospitality. almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The staff was fantastic, especially a lady named Sude who helped me every time I needed something, always with a smile. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight of my mornings, like waking up to the best part of the day every single time.

It was a bit pricey but still acceptable for the experience I got.

I faced issues with housekeeping where the bath towels weren't changed for two days in a row, causing some inconvenience.

Be prepared for a mixed experience. While the staff, particularly Yasin, excels in hospitality, issues arise with noise and centralized A/C. Meals are enjoyable, and a tram stops close by for easy access to attractions. Just be cautious about minibar charges at checkout—it may lead to uncomfortable moments.

The breakfast was a real highlight, like a feast with so many tasty options! One of the staff members, named Ahmed, really stood out — he was so helpful and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

It wasn't cheap but honestly, the service felt disappointing at times.

Spacious rooms with a great coffee machine and a lovely bar/lounge area for relaxation. The car hire service was efficient and the breakfast had so many options! 👌

Pillows could be more comfortable and the check-in process was a bit slow.

This place suits me perfectly, with great amenities like 24-hour reception, a fitness center, and a lovely restaurant. The staff helped me exchange money during my first stay. If you need a relaxing getaway, I’m coming back for a romantic escape.

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Spa payment method was frustrating.

The gym had top-notch equipment, and the spa was a perfect relaxation spot after a long day. Also enjoyed the coolest local tips from Özlem that made our visit memorable.

Felt safe walking at night, no complaints at all.
