Not one thing.

The hotel's proximity to the ruins of Pompeii is unbeatable - it's right next to the ticket office and literally on the doorstep of the ruins. Additionally, the location is very convenient, being close to the scavi and within walking distance of the train station. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided was better than expected, with options for those with dietary restrictions.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We loved the spacious, classic-style room with a rooftop patio for enjoying a bottle of wine. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the location right next to Pompeii Scavi was perfect for exploring the archaeological site. The AC and wifi worked well too. Great value for money!

I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel with an excellent location for exploring the surrounding area. The staff were super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us, including a disabled member of our group. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and despite undergoing refurbishments, the work was done during the day so it didn't disrupt our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near tourist markets and just a short walk from the town center and the train station. The breakfast selection was amazing, and we enjoyed delicious three-course dinners each evening. Plus, the management recovered my lost Kindle and arranged for it to be sent back to me. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been better - it was right on the main street, with easy access to the Pompeii ruins and the train station. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a safe. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options including fresh fruit, pastries, and cooked-to-order omelettes. The hotel also had a lovely terrace where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful views.

This hotel is perfect for anyone visiting the ruins. The location, overlooking the ruins, is prime and just steps from the entrance. The staff here are the friendliest and extremely helpful, providing excellent service. Thank you to Maura for her assistance in arranging transport to our next accommodation. We found that the hotel was a bit run down, but considering it was only a 15-minute walk to get to town for more restaurant options, it wasn't a big issue.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the ancient ruins. You can step out of the hotel and be at the entrance within seconds. there were plenty of food vendors and restaurants nearby to choose from. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. In the morning, the continental breakfast included fresh fruit and tasty pastries. We also received complimentary beverages upon arrival, which was a nice touch.

The room was a bit dated and worn, but it was clean and had everything we needed. However, we quickly forgot about it as we were too busy exploring the city and enjoying our time at the hotel.

It was conveniently located and easy to get to from the autostrade. the breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options. the best part was the proximity to the Pompeii historical site, with the entrance just a short walk away.
