I recently had a city break in a hotel in Florence and I must say, I loved the location! It was close to many attractions and within walking distance of the city center. The rooms were also fantastic, with comfortable beds and great illumination. Plus, the recently renovated spa area was a perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The internet in the rooms was almost always slow or not working at all, which was quite frustrating.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, close to the central tourist area and within walking distance to smaller restaurants and main attractions. The room decor and bathroom were nice, and the AC was much appreciated during the hot weather. The staff, especially Constanza and the other young receptionist, were helpful in providing dinner reservations and suggestions. The breakfast had a great selection of food and the staff was attentive and social. the hotel was clean, elegant, and had luxurious extras.
