On the bright side, the location was convenient, only a short distance from the train station and surrounded by cosmopolitan shopping areas. It was also easy to reach Venice and the islands via train or bus in just ten minutes. the room was clean, and the shower worked well. The hotel provided helpful amenities such as a safe, fridge, and extra blankets.

A special thanks to Jyothika who was there at breakfast. The breakfast spread was excellent, one of the best we had during our whole trip. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the level of customer service was exceptional. We appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of the front desk staff. We will definitely return to Roberta.

Great cleaning from the maid staff and the reception area looked modern and sleek, creating a positive first impression. the location was perfect for exploring the city, being just a short walk from the train station. We also enjoyed the free toiletries included in the bathroom.
