My stay at the Icone Hotel was fantastic. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the beautiful town. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for dinner and offering a discounted parking option. I had a super great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the old town, market, squares, and lake. The back door opened onto the Port de St Claire, providing a beautiful view of the city. Despite the basic accommodation and old-fashioned bathrooms, everything was perfectly functional. The staff were friendly, and I received excellent service from the moment I arrived. The reception even allowed me to check-in early without any extra charge, and they offered tea or coffee while providing all the necessary information about the city's sights. The room was well-equipped and had a nice view of the old town. The walk to the lake was enjoyable, taking only around 30 minutes, and allowed me to easily explore the charming old city.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff, who made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable, with amenities like a mini fridge and air conditioning. The location was perfect, right at the entrance of the old town, allowing us to easily explore the city center and walk to the beautiful lake in just 8 minutes. The hotel's great value for money made our stay even more satisfying.

The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and we loved the fact that it had air conditioning. The parking situation was convenient, with a public parking garage nearby. we were impressed with the cleanliness, helpful staff, and perfect location of this hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was perfect. The location was ideal, right on the edge of the charming old town with all the main attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, perfect for a couple like us. Despite some minor issues like the mini-fridge not working and the pillows being a bit too firm, we truly enjoyed our stay. The self-help buffet breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. I highly recommend Icone Hotel for a pleasant stay in Annecy.

Had a great stay at Icone Hotel! Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, and convenient covered parking nearby. Be sure to use the left lane for entry, as the right lane is for those with reservations. Perfect location on the edge of the old city. The hotel itself could use some updating but was clean and comfortable. Plenty of delightful breakfast spots nearby, or grab pastries and enjoy them in the park.
