I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was outstandingly nice and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. They were always ready to assist and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The location of the hotel is superb, just a short 3-minute walk to the city center. Being within walking distance of everything made it extremely convenient to explore this city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with beautiful and spacious rooms that were well-equipped. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast provided was also delightful, with a great selection of food and excellent coffee.

The hotel had a good location, close to the historic center, local restaurants, and the famous food market. , the bed was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was very good with a variety of options.

The air conditioning could not be used until May due to government instructions. As a result, the room was too warm and there was noise from party people outside when the window was open.

Our stay at Rua Frati 48 In San Francesco was exceptional. The location was superb, just a block away from Osteria Francescano, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options including preserved fruits, salami, prosciutto, scrambled eggs. The showers were sensational and the linens of top quality. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as a noisy room and limited AC, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance of everything. Guests can easily explore the nearby attractions and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with comfortable beds and lovely linens. The shower is top-notch, providing a delightful experience. The breakfast offered is good, with excellent coffee to start the day. The staff is friendly and attentive, with Andrea standing out for his helpfulness and knowledge of the area.

There is no coffee machine or kettle in the room, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and top-notch service. The spa center was remarkable, offering a range of treatments along with the sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi. The exceptional restaurant served delicious dinner accompanied by live entertainment. In the spacious and well-decorated room, I enjoyed a private in-room breakfast that matched any five-star hotel's standards. The bar/lounge area was excellent, offering high-quality cocktails with a great atmosphere.

Only one minor issue- the lack of USB ports to charge my devices. However, the staff quickly provided assistance, which makes up for the inconvenience.
