Beautiful hotel, great location. Helpful staff, efficient service. Pleasant town with shops and cafes. Good bus and ferry connections.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right across from the beach and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even arranging a free lift for us to and from a restaurant. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a balcony offering great views. The bathroom was well-presented, although the sink could have been better located. we were impressed with the hotel's central location and the excellent service provided by the friendly staff.

We did have to wait for a table during breakfast one day, but this was a minor inconvenience. Despite this, we highly recommend this hotel, especially for families looking to enjoy a relaxing stay on the Amalfi Coast.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was very close to the bus station and just a short walk to the beach. This made it convenient for us to explore the surrounding areas using the Sita buses or catching boats from the nearby harbor. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and clean, with some offering beautiful views from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us with any queries. The breakfast served at the hotel was also delicious, with warm croissants being a definite highlight.

There were some issues with the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance. The rooms were not as clean as expected, with visible dirt marks on the walls and hairs on the sheets and towels.

Liked the location, very well situated for exploring the surrounding areas as it is close enough to key towns. the rooms were clean and comfortable with average furniture. Best aspects was the friendly staff, always willing to help and greet us with a smile. the hotel also offered private parking which was great for making exploring easy.

Disliked the limited activities around the area which meant that we needed to regularly drive to other towns for more options. some of the outdoor areas near the hotel could have been more inviting.

Great breakfast, convenient location for exploring Amalfi Coast by ferry, private beach club with guaranteed beds, renovated rooms with smart TV, friendly staff.

The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Accommodations top notch. Hotel beach and pool facilities are excellent. Easy walking to marina, ferry, shopping, public bus, bars and restaurants. Great location to see other towns along the Amalfi coast. Hotel shuttle driver was always on time. Hotel staff was responsive and promptly answered all email questions in the lead up time to our trip.

Felt cozy, nothing too much trouble.

My partner and I stayed at Hotel San Francesco for four nights during our trip to the Amalfi Coast. We were blown away by the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the breathtaking views from the top floor balcony. The staff went above and beyond, showing us all the room features and even printing out train and bus schedules for our departure. The breakfast was a highlight, with warm croissants served every morning. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and water taxis. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back!
