This place is a dream! Everything about it is top-notch. The staff is welcoming and respectful, making you feel right at home. The services offered are fantastic - complimentary drinks, tea and coffee with biscuits, free ice cream, free laundry, 24hr gym. The location is ideal, near a mall and hawker street, with shuttles available. The hotel truly goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a perfect experience! The location is great, in the heart of the town, and I was able to walk to all the major tourist attractions. The staff here were amazing and provided excellent service, making me feel like I was their only guest. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable with great amenities such as air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and in-room safe.

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at a dreamy boutique hotel in George Town. The breakfast was incredible, especially the made-to-order roti bread. The location was perfect, close to Kimberly street and Chula street. The service was outstanding and the staff were very hospitable. I loved the rooftop bar, where they served free ice cream and wine at night. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Penang.

The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, with rooms and common areas well-maintained. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a rooftop bar with jacuzzis and a movie night with popcorn. The location of the hotel was convenient, situated next to a large shopping mall and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service and even addressing guests by name. Additionally, the hotel offered free drinks, ice cream, tea/coffee.
