the shower head in my room had a minor problem, while the noisy walls made sleep an impossibility. i also woudl ve been delighted with a complimentary upgrade, especially after such inconveniences. it’s like they forgot i even existed during my stay! almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t, you know? disappointing, to say the least.

Our stay was enjoyable, especially with the

comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast spread each morning. However, I did notice the parking situation could be misleading since it's a bit limited. The neighborhood felt safe, and the metro was conveniently close for our day trips around Milan.

I loved the delicious breakfast with plenty of options and the chance to enjoy it in the lovely courtyard. The garden area had perfect spots to unwind, including a cozy seating area under the trees and a fountain to relax by. Just keep in mind that the walls are a bit thin, so you might hear some noise from the neighbors. 😊

Staff were SO friendly, even helped me when I mixed up my languages! Great breakfast options too, maybe the best we had in Italy! The garden area was super chill for relaxing after a day out 🌳.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the 24-hour reception, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and the bar/lounge area. The staff was incredibly helpful to my elderly parents during our first stay, a kind gesture I remember fondly. I highly recommend enjoying the breakfast, it's a great way to start your day. I'm definitely coming back for a city trip!
