The staff at the hotel, especially Lisa and Jenny, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcomed and even prepared a breakfast bag for us when we had to check out early. The entire hotel has a lovely Italian character and the location is great, with just a few minutes' walk to Piazza dei Priori. The room was tidy and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of cakes, local specialties, jams, and good cappuccino. We also enjoyed sunbathing and swimming in the pool, as the area was clean and well maintained. Must-try recommendations from the staff were the tagliolini nero with prawns at Alla Vecchia Maniera and the phenomenal ice cream at L'isola del Gusto Gelateria.
