We had a fantastic stay at San Samuele! The location was perfect - a short walk from the main attractions, yet on a quiet street with lovely restaurants and shops nearby. The owner went above and beyond in providing recommendations for what to see, do, and eat. The room was comfortable, and the WiFi worked really well. If we ever return to our favorite city, we will definitely choose San Samuele again!

The staff were wonderful and friendly. Upgraded to a huge apartment with a piano. Perfect location near bars and restaurants. Helpful with lost luggage.

The room was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. the location was great, within walking distance to major attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was in need of repairs, with a broken cabin. the heating system was unreliable and didn't always work properly.
