For instance, some areas were dusty and the carpet was damp and smelly. We were dismayed by the staff's poor efforts to address and solve this issue.

For the price we paid, we got amazing value and a really cozy room. The location was perfect, close to everything. The staff treated us like family, making us feel right at home.
