The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was kind. They had a good selection of baked goods to choose from, especially the croissants and buns were really fresh. the coffee was okay. the hotel was conveniently located and easy to find. It was located right in the center of the town, near the slopes and the thermal resort.

The hotel was unclean. Both the room and the common areas were dirty and dusty.

I had an amazing stay at a gorgeous hotel with the warmest staff members. San Vitale in Bormio exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the family-run hotel made me feel right at home. The included breakfast was the best I've ever had, with a wide selection of delicious food, including fresh breads and cakes from their in-house bakery. The spacious loft room for my family of four was beautiful and had skylights that allowed us to see the lovely church steeple next door. The technology in the room was also top-notch, with remote control-operated windows and wifi with access to personal Netflix accounts. The mini fridge was well-stocked and the daily replenishment included a mini bottle of Prosecco. The attention to detail, decor, and technology, along with the warm and helpful staff, made my stay at San Vitale a truly unforgettable experience.

We returned to this amazing hotel after 2 weeks and were once again impressed. The hosts, a lovely family, were perfect and made us feel welcome. The hotel had a beautiful design, with modern yet rustic touches throughout. Our spacious room had a stunning view and a luxurious shower. The location was excellent, right in the heart of town. The breakfast was superb, with homemade pastries and a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel was cute, well-furnished, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back!
