We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect and the hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The room was spacious and modern, with all the amenities we could ask for. We particularly enjoyed the spa and wellness center, which had a beautiful indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were also great spots to relax and soak up the sun. The hotel also had a variety of dining options, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area serving delicious meals and drinks. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Amazing wellness areas and mountain views. Enjoyable kids club and events. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of food for all meals. Best breakfast and lunch

I absolutely loved the location of this family resort. Surrounded by nature, it offered a perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the beauty of the mountains. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was friendly and attentive. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, with its wide selection of delicious food. The kids club was a hit with our son, providing him with endless fun activities. Additionally, the aqua park was a great facility for both kids and adults, ensuring everyone had a fantastic time.

The Wi-Fi signal in the room was weak and inconsistent.

Additionally, the mini club staff made our son feel right at home, providing him with fun-filled activities and creating a family-like environment. The food at the hotel was delicious, especially the breakfast and dinner. We were pleasantly surprised by the diverse and tasty options available to us. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, their politeness and friendly nature truly made us feel welcome. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as repetitive lunch options and language barriers, our overall experience at Hotel Schneeberg Family Resort & Spa was exceptional. We would highly recommend this hotel to others and are already planning our next trip there.

The surrounding landscape is beautiful and there are activities for children available. The food has a high quality and there is a good variety for dinner. , the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The WiFi signal was very weak and had poor quality, which was frustrating. the price was quite high for what you get, especially considering that you have to pay extra for drinks.
