It was all superb.

We absolutely loved the location of the hotel! It is situated right next to the gondola, making it incredibly convenient for accessing the excellent Ski Welt area. We could simply hop on the gondola and be on the slopes in no time. The hotel is also close to the mountains, providing breathtaking views from our room. Speaking of the room, it was clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel also had great facilities, including a big outdoor pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

That the pools tended to get a bit cold, especially in winter. It was fine if you were exercising to stay warm, but if you wanted to relax and stay in the pools for a longer period of time, the temperature could be a bit uncomfortable.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, close to the mountain, provided breathtaking views and easy access to outdoor activities like hiking and cycling. The service was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff at the reception. The housekeeping exceeded our expectations, ensuring the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The facilities, including the spa and wellness center, were extensive and maintained to a high standard. We particularly enjoyed the sauna, swimming pools, and massage services. The sun terrace and heated swimming pool were perfect for relaxation. The garden area was beautifully landscaped and had comfortable sun loungers.

The hotel's extensive sport facilities were excellent, allowing us to keep up with our fitness routine even during offseason. the spa was also top-notch, providing us with total relaxation. the location was unbeatable, offering us stunning views of the mountains that made our trip all the more memorable.

While the ladies serving were friendly and caring, some of the male staff seemed to lack the same skill. the food options at breakfast lacked variety, and we found ourselves having the same things every day.
