The staff, especially Filomena, went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the atmosphere of the hotel and the town was charming. I also appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to explore nearby Florence, Lucca, and the coast.
