We had a great stay at this charming hotel. It is conveniently located, just off the main square and right on the parking area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony offering stunning views of the castle and surrounding mountains. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh croissants and double cream. a pleasant experience with great location and view.

We were thrilled with the breathtaking views from our room at Hotel De. It was truly a sight to behold, and it made our stay even more memorable. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of local products to choose from.

This hotel provided a memorable stay with its beautiful views of the mountains. The location is great, just outside the charming old town of Gruyeres. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities were satisfactory.

The room could use some improvement.

The cost for this accommodation was attractive and the location could not have been more perfect; a less than 5 minute walk from the busy, historic area, while being completely in a tranquil setting. The views were quite beautiful. The patio area with its incredibly comfortable seating arrangements were a perfect place to relax, enjoy drinks, read or just meditate in a beautiful setting. The resident herd of deer was wonderful to watch. Breakfast was generous if somewhat basic, but with really tasty breads and delicious croissants. There was a small selection of meats and cheeses, but again very delicious. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the inclusion of plenty of delicious breads and croissants for breakfast.

The views of the surrounding mountains from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking. The bed in my room was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The lady at the front desk was also very helpful, providing me with useful information and recommendations for my visit. One of the highlights of staying so close to the citadel was the opportunity to explore it in the evenings when it was less crowded, allowing me to truly soak in the magical atmosphere.
