Great location, just a short walk from the city center and train station. the staff was helpful and friendly, providing us with all the necessary amenities including towels, soap, and a hairdryer. the room was small but efficient, with a comfortable bed and a separate bathroom with a shower. the free wifi and the availability of a kettle with tea and coffee in the room were also a great bonus. Additionally, the presence of an iron in the lobby was extremely convenient for making our wrinkled clothes presentable for the wedding we attended.

The private garage was difficult to access due to its narrow entrance and small door. Moreover, we were assigned a room in a separate annex building rather than the main hotel, which was a bit strange.

This hotel is located in the absolute centre of Parma but still in a very silent area, which is amazing. The rooms are well-maintained and come with a spacious balcony overlooking rooftops- very nice. Additionally, breakfast is included and they serve fresh made cappuccino which is a real treat.

The value for money at this hotel was great, with a clean and comfortable room, including a huge and cozy bed. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of the train station and surrounded by interesting shops and delicious restaurants. The staff were helpful and even assisted with parking our car in a narrow garage.

This hotel is located right in the center of a great part of town, just a short walk from the cathedral and near a tavern that catered to loud drinkers. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure to provide me with a table for breakfast even though several were already taken. I enjoyed a fresh made cappuccino and the breakfast included a variety of options. The rooms were basic but had a bath tub and a balcony, which was a nice touch.

We stayed for Thanksgiving and were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's hospitality. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and even offered complimentary wine and cheese in the evening and coffee and croissants in the morning. the hotel's central location was ideal, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and well-appointed bathroom.

The street outside the hotel was very noisy at night, making it hard to sleep. the hotel did not offer parking and it was difficult to find a spot nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at a centrally located hotel in Parma. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even provided milk-free breakfast options for my son. The rooms were cozy and had a nice view of the church and rooftops. The air-conditioning saved us during the hot August weather. Despite a few minor drawbacks like slow Wi-Fi and small bathrooms, we were able to change rooms and have a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and accommodating staff.
