The hotel had two complementary features that made us feel pampered. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the positive experience. The hotel was located in a good area for business purposes, and we enjoyed the comfort of the beds.

The hotel was located slightly far from the main attraction areas, which meant traffic could be a problem. The breakfast room was often overcrowded with bus-tourist groups, leading to a poor experience.

The location of the hotel is a minor issue, as it is situated in an industrial area and requires a taxi to access any tourist attraction. the service provided was good, but we did have some issues with the Spa & wellness centre.
