Perfectly located hotel just steps away from the beautiful Trasimeno Lake. The owner was incredibly helpful, recommending a fantastic restaurant nearby. We had a small hiccup with our car, but the owner quickly came to our rescue. a delightful stay.

The room was clean and well presented, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with a nice selection and warm eggs. the free parking available was a plus. the location is quite key: walking distance to the city center and the lake.

We had a very disappointing Christmas stay. the WiFi was unstable and useless, and the TV was outdated.

Had a fantastic time at this hotel in Trasimeno! The owners and their dog Irma created a friendly atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The location, just 20 meters from the lake, made for charming night walks and a romantic ambiance. Highly recommend! Plus, there are nearby wind surfing spots.
