The location of the hotel is great. It is close to everything, with shops and restaurants just outside the center of the city. Additionally, it is conveniently located near Lynnmall shopping center, which is a short drive away.

There are some plumbing issues in the hotel, such as a toilet that doesn't work properly and a shower that wets the whole floor.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The motel had great amenities, including a pool, gym, and spa, which other guests seemed to enjoy. The location was also convenient, with a shopping center just a 5-minute drive away and easy access to public transportation.

Had necessary amenities and space. Kind staff provided heater when unavailable room was changed to a family room at no extra charge. Excellent service, even drove to the mall for us.

The location was fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Moreover, the attention to detail was impressive, with well-presented rooms refurbished with a double bed. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable, and the basic amenities provided everything I needed. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and satisfying.

Stayed here for Xmas, the room was clean and tidy. the outdoor area was enjoyable and had plenty of space. the pool and spa were refreshing on hot days. the location was great, close to shops and train station.

The room was outdated and could do with some refurbishment. the walls were very thin and we could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms.
