I recently had a great city break and stayed at a cozy hotel with a fantastic view of the mountains. the staff exceeded my expectations when it came to helpfulness and politeness. There was a friendly atmosphere that put us at ease and the hotel amenities were fantastic. We enjoyed the large room, comfortable bed and great internet connection. Bonus points for the hot tub, pool, and sauna that were well-maintained.

One of the cons was that the pillows were a bit too soft for our preference. the nearby bell tower was audible during the night causing a small disturbance to our sleep.
