Located right in the heart of the city, this hotel is the perfect base for exploring all the major attractions. You can easily walk to the main restaurants, shops, and monuments within 10 minutes. The rooms are stylishly decorated with comfortable beds and blackout curtains, ensuring a restful sleep. The bathrooms are very clean and well-maintained. In the morning, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view of the city.

The hotel is a bit hard to find from the street as there is no big sign.

The location of Umberto House was excellent, just a short walk away from Villa Bellini and the bustling Via Etna. We also discovered a hidden gem, Via Santa Filomena, which was filled with amazing food options. The transfer provided by the hotel was convenient and the hosts were friendly, making our trip to Catania comfortable and safe. The room itself was simple but had everything we needed, and the neighborhood felt secure for solo travelers. I would definitely recommend Umberto House for its great location and clean accommodations.

This hotel is located in a lively area, so it was perfect for a New Year's celebration. It's close to several restaurants and bars, which gave us a great variety of options. the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They even gave us some recommendations for places to visit around the city. the room was also cozy and comfortable.

we had some difficulty finding the hotel due to its location in a narrow street, but once we arrived, it was easy to navigate. there was no elevator, so carrying luggage upstairs was a bit difficult.
