The value for money at Novotel was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast options could be more diverse.

We stayed in a wonderful beachfront bungalow with a private pool, just a short walk down to the beach. The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of sunlight. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel had a beautiful garden, well-maintained and perfect for exploring. There were also lots of fun activities on the beach, like beach volleyball and kayaking. The sunsets were breathtaking, accompanied by live music in the evenings.

The restaurant could benefit from a cutlery station.

Excellent staff, new rooms, two swimming pools, gym, sauna, children's room. Tasty breakfasts, lots of dishes. Amazing customer service, friendly staff, beachfront villa with private pool, good food, well-maintained tennis courts, free airport shuttles.

Everything was spot on.

We had an incredible time at this luxury hotel. The exclusive amenities were top-notch, particularly the outdoor swimming pool and beach access. The Spa & wellness centre was phenomenal, offering high-quality massages, facials, and body wraps. The treatment rooms were relaxing and we felt completely pampered. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the beachfront and stunning views of the sea. The room was also exceptional, with private facilities like a sauna and steam room, making our stay even more luxurious.

The service was good but not perfect, as we had to wait longer than we would have liked at times. This was only a minor issue, however, and did not detract significantly from our stay.

This resort had a nice villa layout and a private pool which was a great advantage. Beach access was available and the seafood restaurant was really delicious.

The customer service was not up to par and the resort appeared shabby and worn. the staff uniforms were uninspiring and overall the resort felt like a large and stretched out establishment.

Perfect for families with young children. Fresh and modern facilities, including a well-equipped kids playroom. Convenient shuttle service and a night market nearby for food options.
