The location was perfect, right in the center and close to everything. The staff was really helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was spacious and clean, with modern wooden flooring and fully opening windows, allowing for fresh air and natural light.

The lift was a bit small and noisy, and there were quite a few stairs to climb from the basement breakfast room to the top floor. This could be a minor inconvenience for some guests.

Stayed at a spotless, modern, and comfortable room in a great location. Close to the university and former Jewish district, with easy walking distance to the train station and Piazza Maggiore. the staff were incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic with a variety of delicious croissants. the attention to detail, such as the server remembering my room number and coffee preference, was impressive. Plenty of eateries nearby and effective double glazing to minimize noise from the nearby bar terraces. a good place to stay with attentive staff and a convenient location.

Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with air conditioning to keep me cool during my stay. great value for money.

Considering the location, it was surprisingly quiet during the night-time, which allowed for a good night's sleep. the room and bathroom were spacious, providing a comfortable stay. the breakfast had enough variety and was enjoyable.

The hotel could use some modernization as it looked a bit outdated and worn-down in some areas. Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable, which resulted in poor quality sleep.
