the spacious and tidy room had a stunning view of the lake or the lovely garden. the prime location made it closer to the pool than the main building. the breakfast was satisfying with a variety of options including cheese, sausages, bread, eggs, and fruit. the reception staff was mostly nice and hospitable, allowing us to check in early. Transportation was convenient, with a bus stop just outside the hotel and a ferry service within a short walk.

The noise level in the hotel was a major issue. Loud music and chatter from neighboring rooms could be heard throughout the night. In addition, the staff was unresponsive to requests for quieter accommodations. The upkeep of the hotel left something to be desired, with dirty towels and linens in the room upon arrival. The quality of the breakfast was also subpar, with unappetizing options and a lack of fresh produce. this hotel fell short of expectations.
