Great value for money and good location for visiting the surrounding area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were basic but comfortable and clean. The breakfast offered a decent selection of food and the coffee was delicious. The hotel also had a nice pool and gym facilities for guests to use. Free Wi-Fi was a huge plus!

The hotel itself could use some updating in terms of decor and furnishings, but it was still perfectly acceptable. The surrounding area wasn't the most picturesque, but it was convenient for visiting nearby attractions.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Ricci & Benessere in Chianciano Terme. The warm welcome from the staff made us feel right at home. Our room, although a bit dated, was clean and spacious. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the Tuscan countryside from our balcony. The staff, especially Vanda, were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful countryside and close to interesting villages. The spa was a real treat, offering relaxation after a busy day of sightseeing. The meals were plentiful and varied, although some dishes were a little bland. we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience at Villa Ricci & Benessere.
